Hi all moms and moms-to-be,

I am glad to come across this forum, it is long overdue , an African voice to join the global VBAC conversation!

My main advice for anyone hoping to have a successful VBAC is: Get a Doula!!! You won't be sorry, she is absolutely invaluable to a succesful birth experience, not only physically but even more so emotionally and mentally. It's all in the mind they say!!
