Juliet,

There is  a links page that has many websites with great info and each of these websites can also point you to other websites.
Another thing you may want to do is find a person, either a doula or midwife that is pro-vbac who can support you with the info you need and if necessary

refer you to a doctor that is also pro-vbac.
Sadly in SA (and the world at large) professionals do not always give you all the facts up front and by the time you get them it almost seems too late.
Till you baby is born it is never too late.
Re: your placenta, it can still move. Keep visualising moving away.

Hi all

My short story is that I had my beautiful son in June 2008 by planned caesarean due to a low lying placenta, I was very disappointed but I could see on the

scan that it was necessary.  I'm now 20 weeks pregnant with number 2 and I'd love to have a VBAC.  My last scan at 17 weeks showed that again the placenta is

lying low but it may still move up so here's hoping!  My OB is kind of ok with a VBAC, he suggested it when we planned the caesar for the first but is

sounding a bit doubtful now.  I thought it was be a good idea to equip myself with as much information as possible so if anyone knows any good books or

websites I would be grateful to have that info.

Thanks!  Look forward to chatting to all of you.

Juliet
